For the analysis of GO, pathway and disease ontology, the meaning for each column of the result tables are given in the follows.

  • [Gene Ratio]: The gene ratio indicates the ratio between the number of interacting genes associated with a GO term and the number of interacting genes mapped to GO terms.
  • [Bg Ratio]: The ratio between the number of genes associated with a GO term and the number of genes belonging to GO terms is represented as background ratio (Bg Ratio).
  • [P]: The p-value is calculated based on the hypergeometric test without multiple test correction.
  • [Adj. P]: The adjusted p-value is calculated based on the hypergeometric test with multiple test correction.
